Items purchased in the PIMKAY online store are shipped by express courier.

Delivery times nationwide are 2 to 3 business days. Orders are prepared at the time payment has been confirmed and at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the following business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
